Deeanne has an extensive background in Banquet and Catering production. Her experience lends to creativity in menu creation and understanding of food cost controls. She is currently employed as a Food Service Manager in the Fullerton Union High School District. She graduated from the Le Cordon Bleu school in London, England in 1995 with – Le Grande Diplome. She continued her culinary training with a program in Montefolonico Italy, Tuscan Women Cook.
The business of cooking inspires and consumes Carrie’s days. She has a wide variety of culinary experience, including Garde Manger (meaning “keep to eat”), Banquets, as well as catering. Her passion for pastry and Garde Manger springs from her training at Le Cordon Bleu – London, England – 1995, where she received the Le Grand Diplome. For the past five years she has been the Executive Chef/Owner of Jammin’ Gourmet, which has continued to develop her business as well as culinary skills.
