BEATING THE CAUSES OF POVERTY
THE CRUSHING EFFECTS OF POVERTY
What is poverty? Poverty is hunger. Poverty is lack of shelter. Poverty is being sick and not being able to see a doctor. Poverty is not having access to school and not knowing how to read. Poverty is not having a job; it is fear for the future, living one day at a time. Poverty is losing a child to illness brought about by unclean water. Poverty is powerlessness, lack of representation and freedom.
If we attempt to alleviate poverty by treating only the symptoms, we will not improve the situation. We might actually make things worse.

STOPPING TERRORISM BEFORE IT STARTS
Terror groups recruit disenfranchised youth with radical ideology of violence and destruction.
ADDRESSING THE NEED AT ITS CORE
One of the greatest needs in developing regions of the world is a means to help people move out of poverty and cultivate their God-given gifts and talents. By utilizing business as mission, we make a positive impact for the mission of Jesus Christ in regions of severe poverty and spiritual need.
MINISTRY TO THE WHOLE PERSON
From our inception, we have shown the love of Jesus to people in need by ministering to each of them as a whole human being, addressing physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
We live and work alongside the people we serve, in genuine partnership, creating strategies to address economic, health, educational, justice and other social issues.
We stress language learning to effectively communicate the Gospel and God-honoring principles in a manner appropriate to people in their own cultural context.
